Overuse injuries can come in many forms from repetitive work environments, poor sedentary posture, repetitive sports training or an acute injury turning chronic due to repetitive strain.

Physiotherapy targets the underlying cause and mechanism driving the pain and looks to correct that through a combination of either bracing/supportive straps, hands on treatment, strapping to offload the area and exercise prescription.
